Berry Road Studios is above Stratton Creber Estate agents (opposite Hotel Victoria/Berties). This is in Newquay town centre. Berry Rd Studios is in a black door, to the side of Stratton Creber. Therapy Studios is on the first floor. There is a toilet and a large waiting area in the door labelled Therapy Road Studios. There are lots of parking options.
