There is a large car park available.  Trenance Long stay car park is right outside The Heron Tennis Centre.  Parking is free all winter (from 1st November until 31st March).  There is a cafe at The Heron Tennis club, an accessible entrance and a lift.

The Gannel treatment room is on the first floor.  It is the last door on the right handside of the corridor.  There are some blue chairs to sit on.  If it is your first appointment there may be a one page form to fill out.  Please ask if you need any help filling out the form.
